Force transducers for measuring shearing, compression or tractive forces

fSENS series force transducers are used for measurement of static and dynamic loads. Depending on the individual mechanical design they support different variants of force transmission:

fSENS MA load pins are measuring loads by means of shearing forces

fSENS DKA compression load cells support measurement of compressive forces

fSENS KMD force transducers are used for measuring tensile forces in various areas of application

fSENS sensors provide extremely high overload capacity and fatigue limits with high level of precision. All mechanical force sensors are available with integrated and external amplifier with 4 mA to 20 mA or CANopen interface.

  • Nominal load range from 5 kN up to 10 000 kN
  • Preload 200 %
  • Safety margin against yielding 300 %
  • Safety margin against breaking 500 %
  • Linearity <0,5 % typ.
